Users must be at least 18 years old to participate.

By submitting a betting code, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of sportycode.site, including the sharing of any potential winnings.

Only sportybet.com codes are allowed on this site.

By posting your code, sportycode.site has the right to stake any amount we choose for your code.

The user will take 20% of any winnings provided the code was posted by the user.

sportycode.site will take 80% of any winnings as a commission for operating this service and maintaining the site.

All betting codes must be verified by sportycode.site before they are ACCEPTED, posted and staked on.

sportycode.site will not be held liable for any losses incurred by users who participate in the betting or staking of any code from site sportycode.site.

sportycode.site reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

You may contact us through our chatting service on the website, or by the email admin@sportycode.site to alert us on any unclaimed 20% potential wins your code won.

Please note that any wins must first be accepted by the sporty site we place our bets on. The potential amount must be given to us before we can split it percentage wise in order to give you your 20%.

You shall not hold us responsible for any issue that arises out of potential winnings settling from the third party site (sportybet.com).

Once a user has submitted/posted a code, the code cannot be deleted, edited or modified in any way.

Having multiple accounts is strongly prohibited.

Sportycode does not accept any duplicated or repeated codes from same users or other users.

Any code that shows the status PENDING means we have not yet attended to your code. It also means we have not staked your code yet.

A valid code which can claim 20% percent of the potential winnings will have the status ACCEPTED.

Any code that shows the status REJECTED cannot be staked and it is therefore void of any potential winnings.

The percentage of the winnings that will be shared between sportycode.site and the user who submitted the betting code will be determined on a case by case basis, taking into account the risk involved and the cost of running sportycode.site.

sportycode.site has the right to accept a certain number of codes per day or at any point in time based on our financial capabilities.

If a user violates any of the terms and conditions, sportycode.site reserves the right to terminate the user's account and any potential winnings may be forfeited.

Use of this website is void where prohibited by law.

For security reasons, the information used in registering an account cannot be changed after signing up.
